Ingredients:

  • 250 ml whipping cream
  • 300 gm cream cheese
  • Vanilla powder or essence
  • Icing sugar 50gm
  • Digestive biscuits 3 pcs
  • Digestive/Lotus/oreo biscuits 12 pcs (u can use any biscuit base as per ur taste)
  • Melted Butter 3 tbs
  • Baking tray
  • Gulab jamun 12pcs
Method
Crumble 12 pcs biscuits, add melted butter to it and mix well.
Line the baking tray with butter paper, stuff the biscuit mixture on the base.
Freeze it for 15 min.
Meantime, beat whipping cream with hand beater until foamy and keep it aside.
Next beat the cream cheese until foamy.
Now add icing sugar, vanilla essence and beaten whipping cream to the cream cheese. Beat them all for a minute to give it a good mix.
Now remove the baking tray from freezer, add 1/2 of the the cream mixture on top of the biscuit base, arrange the Jamun on top and layer it with left over cream mixture.
Smoothen it with a spatula and top it with the crumbled biscuits or any topping as u like. It simply tastes delicious without any toppings as well.
Finally refrigerate it for a day and enjoy the mouthwatering Gulab Jamun cheesecake

Tips

Cool the bowl and the hand mixer for few minutes before beating the whipping cream to form peaks
