Ingredients
- Tender coconut pulp ½ cup
- Coconut water ¾ cup
- Thick coconut milk ½ cup
- Full fat milk 1 ½ cup
- Sweetened condensed milk 3 tbsp
- Cardamom powder a pinch
Method
Boil milk and simmer until it reduces half in quantity. Meantime puree coconut pulp and coconut water in a blender.
Now, add the condensed milk to the boiling milk and stir it for another 5 mins. Then switch off and let it cool completely.
Finally add the puree, coconut milk and cardamom powder to the milk.
Serve chilled!
Tips
- Use soft and pulpy tender coconut
- 2 or 3 tender coconut required for this recipe.
